If you need pastoral care
For prayer, crisis, or care conversations, open the "I need care now" flow in T.S.P. It routes to the pastoral team with higher priority than the support inbox. If you cannot reach us this way, email us and include "pastoral care" in the subject line.
App issues
Common fixes before you write:
- No magic-link email: check spam, wait 5 minutes, then try again. Supabase allows one sign-in email every 60 seconds.
- App closes unexpectedly: close and reopen. If it continues, reinstall. Crashes are automatically reported so we can follow up without you sending logs.
- Feature looks wrong or outdated: pull to refresh on the home tab. If still wrong, sign out and back in.
- Audio will not play: confirm your phone is not on silent; check volume; close other audio apps.
Privacy and your data
To access, correct, or delete your data, see our Privacy Policy or use the Privacy controls in the Me tab of the app.
